We have people around here who drive around and grab all of the aluminum cans. Seems the town depends on the value of the recyclables to defray the cost of picking it up. Most of the local towns have passed ordinances making it illegal to take materials from the recycling once it's at the curb...

I started out with a Blichmann Plate Chiller. It does a great job, but it's a pain to clean so I recently bought a stainless immersion chiller and I love this thing.

I hear ya, I did way more stupid things at 21 than at 18. It's a wonder I'm alive.

My little sister was 18 at the time. NJ had already raised the drinking age to 19. When the age went to 21 she had to wait while watching her friends who were a year older drink because they were grandfathered. IMHO the drinking age should be 18.

Brewed an AG amber all out of leftover stuff. OG: 1.065, smells good.
