Now that there is some good toe-stubbin' food. Sorry, couldn't resist. I hope it's not too painful.

Wildfire here too, about 30 miles east of us. It broke out yesterday, and shortly after a call for additional assistance went out. At the time it was a 5 acre blaze. Now, 24 hours later, it’s up to 24,500 acres and only 5% contained. We can see the smoke but so far it’s not blowing towards us.

I'm currently soft-crashing a Cascade/Simcoe/Mosaic pale ale with a name that gives off kind of a Dexter vibe. The name, "Six Bags of You" came to me as I was vacuum sealing and freezing the six separate hop additions a few days before brew day.

Sounds good!! As long as you’re having fun, and end up with something drinkable, it’s a win in my book. Just for some perspective, I have very few perfect brew days. ;)

3 months in the keg and this hasn’t lost its haziness or its flavor.

Forgot about this thread. I recently brewed a Munich Dunkel that I named "Dunkelganger." I used AI to design a label. Well, the picture anyway, I never actually finished the actual label.
