3 2L starters tonight for the weekend. WLP007, WLP090, and Wyeast3711 for 10G of my stout and 5G of a new Saison, respectively.

Saturday brewing 10G of my Hefeweizen and 5G of something new for me: Imperial Black IPA

Checked both carboys tonight. 1.062 start: #1 1.020 (5.5%) #2 1.016 (6.1%). Both still chugging at 22 days. I'm used to this yeast taking its time, but I usually toss 3711 when it stalls. Avoiding that this time. Classic style aroma and tastes very good right now. I'm going to continue to wait...

Haven't checked yet. 2L starters and never stalled, but slowing down now.

I did single and its still going at 3 weeks. Getting tired of waiting. ;)

Late to the thread, but I brewed a 10 gal batch and once again used 3724 in both carboys. I pitched around 70 from 2l starters. Fast take off and around day 2 I started heating both to the mid 80s. Took right back off, no stall, and just started slowing down today to about 4 burps a minute. It's...

Newly installed lagering frig and temp controller. Starters are 2 saisons and 1 lager. Getting ready for next week.

10 gallons of my double chocolate milk stout and 5 gallons of my kolsch yesterday. Bubbles & more bubbles now. Happy Brew Year! I will split the stout into five that ages in a bourbon barrel and the other five will go straight to nitro when ready.

This is the third time with my Tripel. Recharged the cask with Woodford Reserve after the second fill.

I was infected with the brewing bug and now I'm a health hazard, but loved in the community. Six taps. Right now an IPA, Blond, Saison, Kolsch, Milk Stout, and a Bourbon Tripel. Just installed faucet locks with teenagers entering high school. I sense curiosity may be kicking in.
