    I have had success in contacting local microbreweries and talking to the head brewer. They should be able to help focus your search. Barrels are something I would try to buy somewhat local, yet that is personal preference.

    I wouldn't worry about stirring the sediment, I think that the contamination risk is too high. What temp are you fermenting at?

    My girlfriend hasn't drank in over two years, and says that Kaliber is her favorite. I'll occasionally take a sip or two of one of her NA beers, and i found Kaliber to be the most appealing, for what its worth

    Dry Hopping question

    I dry hop in my carboy,typically in the secondary, with whole hops and I don't even bother with muslin bags. Just thrown em' in so when you rack for bottling or kegging you don't have to worry about getting a damn bag out. It's not like your not going to clean your carboy anyways.

    I have been having incredibly fast fermentation lately with 1056, at around 68 F. This yeast brought a SNPA clone from OG 1.058 to 1.0004 in one week...
