i did mine at 35psi, rolled for 15mins, serving pressure at 5psi, = awesome. could it be better, heck yeah, but still good beer for tasting and evaluating right now. better this sunday when i BBQ.

Unfortunately, my back gave out recently. So, these will have to wait awhile. Also have a flex Draft kegging sset-up coming tomorrow.

I used the sale today to buy my first kegging set-up. A flex keg system. I've bottled twice, and I don't wanna do it no more. Funny thing is, I went to my lhbs after work and was about to spend more on two used kegs and a distributor system. Only reason I didn't , they had no beer lines...

looks great. I just bottled my first trippel about 10 Days ago. Already carbing nicely. I have a case of 12oz bottles for drinking now, and a case of 22oz for squirreling away until my b-day in july. Mine was a Brewers Best kit, what was yours ?

I saw this in my E-mail when I got home.. Jumped on two kits quick before sold out. I can't wait !!:D
