    Home Beer Canning

I just saw this. Doesn't seem to be a lot of information or reviews on it. What kind of maintenance is required on it? Is there a way to adjust the tolerances on the seamers or is it all by hand/by feel? Is there some trial and error involved or is it easy to seam cans consistently? Thanks...

Indiana 2 BBL Stout Tank Brewery $4000

Thanks! The false bottom came with those bolts in it, I assume it is either to help support the center of it from collapsing under the weight of the grain and/or to allow you to adjust it up and down.

3 BBL Stout Tank HERMS Brewery Questions

I have done some 2 BBL batches and the mash temp only drops 2 or 3 degress over an hour, depending on weather. With insulation I'm sure it would be better, but this is good enough for me for now. I'm guessing you figured this out already tho

Indiana 2 BBL Stout Tank Brewery $4000

I am selling my 2 BBL equipment. I have brewed around 10 1bbl and 2bbl batches on this setup. I also have a 10gal brewery as well, I am wanting to sell this and build a dedicated 1bb brewery for all my needs (already have my 10gal equipment sold.) One of the metal sight glass housings (on the...

Dual 120v, 4 elements, 3 pumps, control panel help!

Thanks so much for the input! Another question as far as receptacles for the heating elements and pumps, can I use a basic 2 outlet receptacle, cut the connecting tabs between the 2 hots and 2 neutrals and use one hot and neutral fron one circuit for the top outlet and the hot and neutral from...

Dual 120v, 4 elements, 3 pumps, control panel help!

This is what I'm thinking so far for controlling heating elements 1 and 2 (in the HLT during the mash) and heating elements 3 and 4 (in the BK). Does this look somewhat sane so far? This doesn't show the pumps wired in but only 1 pump per 120v circuit would be running at any time. Any...

Dual 120v, 4 elements, 3 pumps, control panel help!

I don't have access to 220/240v where I brew, I mostly brew using 2 elements on different circuits and have been for some time now. Every now and then I will do a larger brew (up to 2 bbl) using my stout tanks and gas, but mostly I am doing 10gal batches with electric. I currently have 4...

    New bigger equipment: Stout Tanks

There are about 10 or so of us that brew, I've only done one 15 gal and one 20gal batch on it so far, the second batch was a pale ale and went much smoother for the most part, on the first batch which was a wheat the hoprocket clogged up because it was my first time using it in-line from the BK...

Quick disconnect temperature sensor for BCS460

I just got in my M8 panel mounts and have a question, how am I suppose to attach the wires from my BCS460 to the prongs on the inside of the M8 mounts. Is there some kind of plug I need to put on the wires that would slip onto the prongs or do I crimp the prongs over the wires. Thanks guys...
