    I didnt taste any but the smell was what to be expected lol there has been no bubbling for 2 weeks but now after racking to the carboy it has started bubbling a little again... Im gonna go have a beer and start another brew... thanks

    it was just a black rock lager pre-hopped can. I added 1 kg of Coopers brew Enhancer 2 Sounds to me like Im freaking out over nothing and should throw away the instructions! I think I will put the carboy away, relax for a week and then keg it and see what it tastes like.

    well just because the diretions on the label said after a week it should be at 1005, its been almost 3 weeks and its at 1015. The thing took 2 days to start showing any signs of life and then only bubbled for 3 days after that.

    Cost of Home Brewing

    Rememberits a hobby. Just from reading online it wont save you much in the U.S. but in Canada you save a bit. the canned kits are more expensive than buying ingredients as well.

    I just went 73 because thats what the directions said, I have let it go to 68 the last couple of days. would racking to a carboy be beneficial? The reason I ask is I want to start another batch in the bucket.
