Update OG 1.047 3 day ago. I used a picnic tap to fill hydometer (very ez). Today sg reads 1.020 under 6 psi of pressure. Taste OK

Not beer but a mead. I found a bucket of honey that I had put in the cold room when we moved into our house. I found it 25 years later. and made a mead from it my second one acuatly. It is very nice but the mead taste like sherry.

What did I do for beer ....well yesterday. I traded a rifle sight for a fridge. Drilled a hole in the door and installed a beer facet. I cut one of mn flint knaping antler billets to make the tap handle. It lookd good.

Don"t shut down Brewzill with out shutting off pump while full of hot wort then remove the pump arm then plug it in again. DO! mop floor several time befor wife gets home.
