My idea for an adjustable 3 tier stand, thoughts?

Nice! I know the wall thickness is pretty stout, and you got it galvanized and all, but I was wondering.........Gonna' sleeve those mount holes? Edit: That's my thoughts.....:D

Kegco 3 Roller passive roller spins about 7/8, stops.

"Roller binds"........When the mill is bolted down, or not bolted down? Weld, wire brush the welds, if needed, mask. "You think long, you think wrong"......:D

    2 x 2 16 gauge - OK for 15+ gallons?

A friend of mine owns a muffler shop, and uses straight CO2 as a shielding gas. He does some choice welds, not only on exhaust tubing, but on mild structural stuff as well, such as 2X2X16 gauge.......It works fine, just gotta' dial in your welder. And that's a new one on me, a welder that is...

Stainless NPT fittings - How to stop leaks?

A few of these old "fitting" threads have been bumped up here lately.......I reckon the newbie knows fittings, but not where the date is located.......:D Welcome!

    2 x 2 16 gauge - OK for 15+ gallons?

Before retiring, I was making male and female stamping dies, out a material called Kirksite.......Which we poured @ 950 degrees! I got a few holes to show......

    2 x 2 16 gauge - OK for 15+ gallons?

Weld it! 20 degrees ain't too cold! As mentioned, if you're worried about it, crank up a gas burner and preheat the joint area. Or are you just looking for reasons to put this off.......Some more?..:D

Greenlee ruined my brew pot, looking at new kettles

I'm looking! I don't see a "cleaned up hole", nor the "crack on the side" of the hole. What I can make out, looks quite salvageable.

Cutting holes for Kegco? What size bolt?

Got access to a copying machine? Set the mill on it, and hit "copy". There's your template.

    Cleaning a chest freezer

This works great, and when I've done it, I placed a small fan within, and closed the lid. Sitting it out in full sunlight, lid open works good too.

    Bolt Specs, Kegco 3-Roller?

So they copied all but the bolts, Huh........:D On the wiring, don't let all the smoke out of the wires..........

    Bolt Specs, Kegco 3-Roller?

Without seeing it, I would say 1/4-20 threads , if SAE bolts. If they copied other mills "faithfully" in their "version", that's the bolt size / pitch in my mill. Do a visual on the bolt heads, and if metric, you'll usually see numbers denoting size. Edit: You have it...

Is there a temp control unit that can cycle on and off at programmed time intervals

Question: Is 5 minutes enough time generally, between on/off cycles for a compressor ?

How do I override the thermostat in a chest freezer?

O K, if you don't have one day to monitor it, 1/2 turn @ the time.....

How do I override the thermostat in a chest freezer?

BUT, if you have a "tweakable thermostat", it's worth the trouble, IMO. I made the Wife's "cheese cave" this way, with the thermostat tweaked to hold around 50 degrees.

How do I override the thermostat in a chest freezer?

New or semi old chest freezer? If the latter, with an analog thermostat, you may be able to tweak the "coarse adjustment" on it so that your desired temp, is the max temp. There's a thread on it in the DIY section I believe, and "coarse adjustment" might net it in a search. I'm still lost in...

O2 tank to C02 or Nitrogen tank?

I converted an 80 cu.ft. aluminum dive tank to CO2. You will need : A CGA 320 tank valve. A good Machinist, who will machine said new valve, and cut threads into it, to match the threads of the removed dive tank valve. Check the fit of the new valve, and send valve and packing to the vendor...

    MM2, 3 - Losing set? Cranken?
