Midwest was kind enough to add my extra lid and airlock to my kit. I have to admit, the guy I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Used my voucher to order the kit. I wanted to add a lid and airlock; the shipping jumped from $12 to $30!!! Even if I did it as two transactions it would have come out to $23 total shipping. Might have to call and see if they can add the extra stuff bc that doesn't make any sense.
