I said I was shipping vinegar. I was not under oath, however.

So glad! Those boxes were easy to deal with, but I was nervous as they don't seem to protect the bottles all that well. I had to remind myself that they are designed for this very purpose, so just relax.

Shipped the Honey Ginger-West today. Most should get there on the 20th, but arrival dates varied from the 19th (@bradcook) to the 24th (@grampamark).

Was going to turn the (housewide) thermostat up 8 degrees to help carbonate bottles (on a timeline to get them carbed). I then realized, duh, fermentation chamber! But I was totally willing to do it.

Good points. But it was still satisfying to fill a bottle with zero bubbles. :)
