    Thanks. I forgot about BearFlavored's site. I was leaning towards an all Amarillo wheat (a Gumballhead-ish clone), and , unless BearFlavored tells me otherwise, that will probably be the direction I go.

    Looking forward to using it. Any non-IPA uses that you would suggest? I would like to use it on a lower gravity beer before doing a Heady-inspired clone. I was thinking Amber, Blonde, or Wheat.

    Conan Experience at Low Gravities

    I have some cultured Conan that I want to use on a low gravity beer, then wash and use on a Heady-inspired DIPA. I was thinking American Wheat or Blonde. Can anyone convey there experiences with Conan at lower gravitates? Thanks.

    My smoked porter. Got the grain bill close to perfect. Need to adjust hops for more bitterness.

    A nice moderately hoppy Amber.

    Brash Brewing "The Bollocks" DIPA. Resiny, citrus nose. Resin and malt dominate the palate. Hides the 12% well.

    Munich Malt as Base Grain (Diastatic Power)

    I did an all Munich IPA that turned out great. I believe it was with CMC Munich but will have to check to make sure.

    Sixpoint Righteous Ale. Great Rye aroma, but the hop flavor and aroma is missing. And, it's a little sweet. Disappointing.

    Clown Shoes Tramp Stamp. Firm bitterness and the Belgian yeast is very prevalent. Not much hop aroma or flavor.

    Love Simtra. Very underrated in my opinion.
