i'll flip it over and spray with a hose while it is flipped over.. usually the agitation from the hose is enough to knock all the dirty rinse water out and just leave a little bit at the end, which you just have to shake a bit to get most of that out.. the tiny bit left over will just evaporate...

yeah what is with their change online? i ordered a couple batches from them a couple weeks ago, after being a customer for probably 30 batches or so, and they don't have a history or anything of my previous orders any longer.. made the process a bit longer than usual

i live between there and troegs in hershey.. i like hopdevil as much as troegs hopback.. very similar to my palate , though i think i prefer the troegs just a hint more

i use a similar AC fan.. i got the variable speed one since i can tame it down a bit.. i can actually hear the fan pretty easily when it is on and the keezer isn't.. this way i just have it spinning a bit quieter and its not annoying

wintertime i have to ferment upstairs.. got the go-ahead from SWMBO just to stick the BBs on the dining room table (it has a glass topper so easy to clean) .. just as long as i use a blowoff tube.. must have rubbed off on her for her knowing it would be best to use that :-)

oh i could go on about this topic.. bookers is the best for when you want to spend some money.. but i'd say my favorite is knob creek.. great to have that around for when beer just isn't enough for the day :) oh, and make sure you all own a set of whiskey stones so you can enjoy it the way it...

and by "room temp" we mean something like 70degrees .. not basement temp which i found out the hard way a couple year ago :o

2 ounces sounds like a lot to me, but i'm not that good with numbers w/o a computer.. you can try "this link" .. i wouldn't carb it up higher than 1 - 1.5 volumes, but that's just me.. no you won't have to pasteurize at all.. you'll be good to go, though it will probably take a bit longer to...

when i send to competitions, i always choose them based on the address that they are being sent to.. if it is a homebrew shop with a name that refers to alcohol or something like that, i'll usually email the coordinator to see if i can ship it to that address but just put somebody's name on it...

i still ride my schwinn sidewider from 18 years ago.. does that count? :o

Mean Old Tom is and probably will be my favorite brew for as long as i can think of.. if anybody hasn't tried that you're in for a treat :ban:

beer bottles would be fine.. you probably don't want to carb it up as high as beer anyways so there shouldn't be a problem about over carbing (unless that's what you are going for)
