The flavor of the beer is a standard belgian wit with little more than a hint of gooseberry. A light berry aroma as well.
6lb Light DME
13 oz Crystal 50/60
3 oz Chocolate Malt
1 oz Target 10% AA 60 min
1 oz Kent Goldings 10 min
1 tsp Irish Moss 10 min
White Labs British Ale Yeast WL008
Steep Grains 30 min at 153 Rest 10 min
Add Extract and Boil
Just finished a few lables. I racked my Gooseberrie wit off the berries today, and man is it good. Cant wait to try it cold and bubbly

keep in mind that you will get more hop utilization from the larger boil (not to say thats a bad thing), but it won't result in the exact same beer for which the recipe was formulated
I've had two Glass Carboys break, one was due to hot water and a jet bottle washer, the other was droped, cut myself on the second time, but not bad, (that was the same day I broke my toe, but damn that was a good Pumkin ale.
