    Lagering Question

    Lagers are fine to bottle condition at room temp. How long has it been in the bottle. I imagine if you give it a couple of weeks everything will settle out and be fine.

    SG has been 1.023 for 4 days and no krausen. I just went a head and kegged it. I will keep an eye on it and relieve some pressure if neccesary. after a couple of weeks I'll probably move it to my lager fridge and give it a few more weeks. It tastes pretty good, definitly a little dry but...

    How much longer do you think I should wait in the Primary, It seems to have stalled out at 1.023, The Temp has dropped a few degrees to 67. Whatcha think?

    I think the kit is missing one key ingredient "1 cup Fruity Pebbles". I didn't like Sunshine Wheat. It did have a fruity taste, so if you liked it add the Corriander and Orange Peel

    Congrads. I am building my AG setup too. I can't wait. I also just received my Temp controller and and old fridge. Pretty soon i'll be brewing AG Lagers.

    You should be fine. There is a slight possibility of infection. Be Patient and see how it smells and tastes in a few weeks. Have a Homebrew

    Hefeweisen Appearance Light Pfft. Light Straw color. Good Carb and Head Retention. Aroma Strong Banana Nose Taste Very light malt flavor really lets the Hefe yeast come through. Very light body. Overall A good beer and very cleanly brewed, but IMHO I like a little more body.
