    20 Minute boil for Gose?

I just did a kettle sour that was only initially boiled 10 mins then soured then boiled another 10 mins. I was worried about DMS from such a short boil but even trying to search for it I really can't find it. Caveat is that I also threw in keffir lime leaf, coriander and a moderate dry hop of...

    Howdy from Calgary

Hello from Lethbridge. Definitely check out the yeast wranglers. I think they meet at wild rose brewing. Skip the secondary and get it bottled up once it's hit final gravity! Good luck!

What did I cook this weekend.....

Prairie Bouillabaisse. As a maritimer it satisfies the seafood craving but I envy you guys on the coasts. But frozen stuff is still solid.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Knocked out 5 gal of NEIPA last night. Trying Wyeast Thames Valley for the first time. Not one of the more popular NEIPA yeasts but that's what was on hand. Anyone have good experience with it, NEIPA or otherwise?

    Cats

We just fostered (read: adopted) this guy: "Owner" went about a week before looking for him. Ended up dehydrated and starving at a shelter. Owner stiffed them for the vet bill and said they'd just get a new one. People are d-bags.

Isolated Yeast (Tree House): How to Identify and Characterize?

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Kettle sour is at pH 3.4 and just starting the final short boil to kill the bugs. Coriander, lime leaf and Moteuka hops just went in.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Snow day = Brew day The only thing keeping me from the depths of my despair that yes it is indeed a full on blizzard on Oct 2, is that indoor electric brewing is awwwwsome.

What did I cook this weekend.....

Lucked out and found some zucchini flowers at the market today so stuffed them with ricotta and lemon zest and deep fried them. Drizzle of honey. Oh so addictive. No pics so I suppose it didn't happen.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

I think you'll be happy with the result. Sweet malt and bubblegum. Hope it's not as oppressive today up north. It's deadly here in the Deep South.
