    Yes, BUT be careful... storing at room temp is fine just make sure its fully fermented, other wise it could keep fermenting and gain pressure and could effect taste.

    ale..champagne and "cider" they will all have different tastes... ale yeast will keep you cider sweet and smooth a champagne will give you a very dry almost sour taste.. cider yeast will be in the middle

    we have the redhook sister brewery in NH..its identical construction to the one in the NW... it about 40 min away from were i live...there are to main stream now or not so micro...i think alot of there product are riding the coat tales of AB, but i do find the IPA agreeable

    Redhook by far...sell outs in my book. remember the bottles they used to have, those were the best..all short and stubby

    once all the available sugar is fermented you've reached your final gravity. by leaving it in the longer it lets the yeast settle and makes the beer clearer. secondary does the same thing just another step...some do this and some dont.

    sure, i was in OR recently at a winery that was completely gravity... They made the foundation at the different levels. it was built into a hill so it was perfect. first floor then 15 down to second and 15 more to the third. ive thought of this before too...there is a old movie theater that...

    when you ferment yeast thats meant for lower temps, at higher temps. the yeast gives off esters( sometimes bad tasting stuff) try to keep the beer at the lowest temp you can... you could try another kit... i would suggest a single burner outside turkey fryer of some sort. a lot of guys use them.

    dry hopping in keg

    not at all it will be oK, just purge after opening the keg.(make sure that ball doesn't have any rips in it.. dry hopping in a keg can clog the taps and dip tubes.

    it will be just fine, it mite just be slow to start...i would ferment around 72F-78F

    have you let the beer condition? did you purge your Keg? i have had this same experience when when bottling but not in kegged beer. how about your brew water, sulfur can do that. i used NB kits in the past and id use them again, quality product.
