I think these are both relatively new. Anyone here have experience or an opinion on the two? From the looks... The brew international kettles look a heavier duty kettle to me. I'm not sure what up with their stock though. Is this a new company...

The lid is not included with this one, as it belongs on my mash tun. I use it until I get up to a boil... Then it gets cleaned and put back on the mlt. The inside is very nice. Welds are perfect. Anytime I get a little buildup... Bar keepers friend gets it purdy again. To be honest, i'd rather...

I was just gifted a few cases of the clear EZ Cap 16 ounce bottles from a friend. I soaked them in Oxiclean, but to my surprise... all the wire bales now have a white goopy residue on them. I removed the bales, cleaned and sanitized the bottles, but is there a good way to clean up the wire bales...

I'm still very interested in mash temp automation. Currently I use a 52qt cooler to mash, but I do have three keggles and pump. I figure by selling this, it'll help pay for a false bottom and I can start playing with a direct fired mash.
