When I did a wet hop last year I think I got the best of it in the flame out additions. Since the hops were already flush with water I didn't really get much but grass out of the dry hop either.

Ive had good sucess using jack daniels smoking chips, the are just chipped down jd barrels and you can get them almost anywhere. there is a old thread on them somewhere.

If your flying into midway the best place to go is archer liquors, they like to specialize in the local stuff and sell by the bottle so you can get a lot of variety. Plus the usually have zombie dust in stock.
