    Wort Aeration device

I made something similar out of SS car ties from an autoparts store. Works fine for me. Although I didnt stir the mash with it. I would be leary of getting anything in the beer from the crap on the grains. Unless its a sour then all bets are off

    Weldless brew stand.

yeah, it is a pretty small price to pay, and really you only need 1 pump. Just batch sparge. Heck grain is cheap enough (considering) to use a bit more to compensate. I still get in the high 70's low 80's batch sparging

jamils chocolate porter 2 recipes which one ?

I emailed hime once about some changes in the book and the beerdejoure. He told me it was just due to the fact of changing his recipe a bit. Maybe listen to the show that the beerdejoure was based on. Other than that I havent brewed either so no help there.

Tight lids on your bucket fermenters?

Whats the benifits of having a super tight fitting lid? I think ( and have been doing for awhile) that as long as nothing is falling into the beer doesnt matter if it leaks a bit. My airlock doesnt even bubble usually. Beers are all fine and win awards

    Weldless brew stand.

well, I've brewed twice on this and the stability didnt seem like an issue. I made sure the wheels were locked and pointing outward in all directions. Works as advertised. Love it! I havent permentaly added the burners to it. I just took the 2 turkey fryer burners and unscrewed them from...

There are other places in CMH. They're not as bad, but online is still cheaper most times, but if you're looking to support local, gentiles is the one I use nowadays.

    Which fittings?

I have the Mcmaster carr quick diconnects. Used them for about 20 -30 batches no problems so far. Make sure you get the 90 degree ones though. Much better

    Weldless brew stand.

it is the cheapest option I've seen (besides wood). I'm not concerned about the galvanized either. I figure I could just use chocks if the stability is really concerning. One set of turning casters would probably work too. Although, as long as the wheels are outboard when you lock them...
