i had changed up some of the hops with what i have just ordered and how well they might go. i added some more grains and changed them around. is this to much grain or extract? i added more because the OG and abv were low? any suggestions would be appreciated this is a learning process Thanks

I had forgotten about them for quite some time mainly due to dissapiintment. They flavor is great but the bottles are flat. I recently purchased a keg . Do you think it would be possible to unbottle and force carb them in the new keg? Or to much room for infection?
