50 amp control panel need help troubleshooting

Zooming in on the photo, the contactor coil voltage is 110VAC. For the contactor to pull-in you will need 120VAC across A1 & A2. Without a schematic this is as far as we can help you.

How about plugging them with wine corks?

    Basement electric brewery build

Congrats! You can now enjoy the fruits of your hard work. I'm expecting the next photo of your wife and you to be toasting your homebrew. Is that a Vikings hat?, long time Vikings fan here.

CO2 tank empty and Keg overflew and spilled

I would think that they would degrade over time. After having two fail on me as they get older, I won't go back to picnic taps.

CO2 tank empty and Keg overflew and spilled

I agree with this. Either the picnic tap leaked or the lever was accidentally activated when stored. I had this happen to a keg of rootbeer, now I disconnect any picnic taps unless dispensing beer and with my perlick taps I turn off the flow control to prevent the lever from getting bumped...

Grain Mill stand - Show me what you did!

I repurposed a used buffet cart I got off of Craigslist for $40, it has dovetail joints.

    Heat/Pressure/Food-Safe Hose or Tubing

The only potential down side of the blue Camco blue hoses are that they do not straighten out very easily. I just keep mine coiled up but make sure that I drain the water out before storing. I did not notice any rubber taste from my hoses.

    Heat/Pressure/Food-Safe Hose or Tubing

I found that the thicker drinking water hose doesn't collapse like the cheaper white RV hoses. Link

    upright freezer mod.

You and me both! I brew in my basement to avoid hauling my equipment from the basement to the garage and back to the basement. My old boss had a saying: "work smarter not harder".

I also pump my wort directly into the CF10 since I got tired of hoisting buckets of wort to fill the fermentor.

Correct, all the lines are in the unit in the lower rear of the freezer.

Looks good. I feel the leg extensions are for those who gravity feed into their kegs. I drilled a hole in the side of my freezer to bring in the inkbird wire to the CF10 thermowell and use the same hole for my blow-off tube. I prefer to keep the blow-off container of starsan on the outside...

My photo above is a 12.1 cu. ft kenmore upright freezer with a Spike CF10 without leg extensions (I do closed pressure transfers).

    best fermentor

I have Spiedel fermentors (30L & 60L) and recommend it. It has molded handles that can support the weight of a full fermentor and an oversize airlock. The lid openings are large so cleaning is easy. Replacement parts are also available at resonable costs. Since I do have any experience with...

The coils on my upright freezer are on the lower back side. I have shaved the door instead of a collar which works out well.

Single Vessel Brewing System Temperature Stability

I'm not a fan of single vessel brewing systems but I do have Bobby's RIMS system that I utilize on my cooler mash tun system that I can obtain my mash temps within 1 deg F. I can even swap out my mash cooler with a lager mash tun for my higher gravity batches as well as easily do step mashes...

    Tapcooler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler

Mine usually is a stuck valve. I make it a habbit of pulling the valve off and spraying it with starsan prior to using.
