    Can I bottle beer in screw-on bottles w/38mm lids?

    I have used the same bottle many times. Works well. Even cellar-ed for over a year and was still fine. Just make sure the caps have the rubber seals and not the cardboard.

    The temp is at 70 I will cold crash before bottling. My concern is how to know when to bottle.

    I have not been able to find any info on what pressure to set the spunding valve.     Just goes to how tastes differ.I have 6 brewers pro and home brewers who would kill for it. I still have 94 96 97 A really special drink.
