    Cheap compact wort pump

    I have only one to say about these pumps save your money and buy a chugger. I have been through 5 of these enough to buy a chugger which I finally did. Now happier than a pig in poop .:D

    Could I use this burner on NG?

    Get the 10 tip. It works great on my keggle turned the bottom ring on my keggle blue. It dose get hot I can't imagine using a 23 tip.

    In order a A419 to control a heating cycle you have to change a jumper wire inside it your instructions that came with it should show you how. Yes you can use a regular heating pad.

    I use a 10 jet burner with NG and love it. Can be adjusted down very low with no sooting. It dose get hot enough on high to to turn the metal bars under my keggle cherry red. You never have to worry about running out of propane half way through a brew.

    Is it a adjustable one.If it is a older one it's likely a high pressure one. Hook it up and try it.

    I think your problem is the regulator. It is a low pressure one. Get a adjustable high pressure one. I use a 10 jet on natural gas which doesn't put as much heat as propane under my keggle.It works a lot better than the old fashioned bayou stile burner that I replaced. It gets plenty hot just...

    Water Report Fun

    I have been brewing with that water for years and not a bad beer yet. I do use a charcoal filter to take out the chlorine out. They do not use chloramines. I have lately been adding 10 grams of gypsum for a 5 gallon batch.

    I have made a couple batches of smoked pumpkin. 1 cooking the pumpkin in the smoker and 1 smoking 2# of base malt both very good. I think smoking the grain and cooking the pumpkin in the oven was a little easier.
