i like the 5-6% range, though i have brewed a mild and stout that i'm drinking that that are 3-4% range

I do have a ton of Cascade and Cent, i dont think any of the BYO stone beers used cascade, but some used Cent. but its all in quest for great beer!

just go with the flow today, i didnt mash out on my first few AG's and they turned out great. I'd suggest getting something like beersmith or promash or any of the others out there. i find it really helpful for all your temp, volumn and other calculations
