    Pliny in Napa, CA

Will be in Napa in a day or so and am in search of Pliny. Won't have a car of my own to drive to the source so I was wondering if anyone knew where I may find some in Napa. Any help would be appreciate.

    Stalled fermentation

Fermented around 67-68. I'm slowly the temp a degree or two now. If I swirl the fermentor what is the chance of getting oxidation? It tastes really good. More concerned about bottle bombs. I'm going to wait until next week to bottle. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

How old were you when you began this journey?

At 35. Thought it would be more difficult than it is. Watched some episodes of Brew Dogs and it inspired me to jump in to it. I'm glad I did. I never thought I could make something that I would enjoy but also my friends would as well. I am still at the beginners level but the potential of...

    Add DME, sticks to bag!

I mix it in another pot in cold water. It mixes together easier when cold. Then I warm up that pot and pour in the main pot when it is time after steeping the grains. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    What are you drinking now?

Had the same problem with a laughing dog IPA I purchased a few weeks back at a local liquor store. Turned out that when I looked on the label it was 2 yrs old! Needless to say that will be the last time I shop there. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew
