i really dont understand what i was doing.

i dont have a check valve anywhere on it.

So I was not thinking after force carbing my porter and went to releave the pressure and pulled the relief valve on the regulator. The co2 line was still attached. And beer came out the relief valve. Is my regulator done for??? How can I fix this. I turned the co2 back up to push the beer back...

Im making a kegerator out of a mini fridge and i wondering how to control the temp. should i just use the built in control or buy a different one. and what temps should i set it at?:mug:

is it true that i need to buy a sanatizing pump when i can just put sanitizing solution (one step) into the keg and pressurize it and then open the faucet?:mug:

how long do i need to leave the beer in the keg to get the right carb levels. and what PSI do i need to set the regulator at. and should i get a diffusion stone for the keg? any other tricks i should know?:mug:

I want to get started in kegging my home brew. Where can I get info on starting out. And what things do I need? Also is it better to get a keggarater or just build one my self? I only want two taps. And nothing really fancy just enough to get the job done.:mug:

ok yea i dont use any bleach in the bottles. or in anything. im going to have a buddy try the beer and see what he thinks about the taste. i just really hope all of them dont taste like this.

yeah that is what it was like. im drinking the second one right now and it does not taste weird any more. what would the antiseptic taste be? what are some common bad tastes that you can get in your brew? and what are they from?

i used the copper tun carb drops in my IPA. i let them condition in the bottles for three weeks. i drank one last night and it was fine. but the last two that i tried today taste really chemical like???? does anyone really use these drops???

when you say just kill the yeast. do you mean just heat it up?
