    I like to buy kits from there too. I typically pick a kits that sounds good and go with it. A few of the clones haven't turned out to be that much like what I was trying to imitate, but it was still good beer.

    I would have run the pipe for the provent up to higher than 6" above the flood rim of the sink. I don't think that will help though. Maybe the device is failing?

    I keep my keezer in the garage, so it gets very wet in the summer. I just drop the shop vac hose in and suck out what I can and use a towel to dry out the rest. I have to do this every few weeks.

    I chose this recipe as my first BIAB AG. I racked to the keg yesterday and I have to say, cloudy and still it was pretty good. I can only imagine it will get better after it carbs and conditions. Thank you for the recipe.
