What's up everyone! So I'm slowly bringing my wife around to craft beer, I'm trying to come up with a recipe for a real fruit forward citrus wheat beer for this summer. Any suggestions?
Thanks for your replys, I pulled the trigger on a 15 gal kettle with valve and thermometer. Even after shipping it still saved me $75 compared to other kettles.
Has anyone tried these kettles from Bru Gear? I've never heard of them but the price tag is pretty amazing. Just wondering if they're a quality product or not.

kinda of a newbie so be patient. do you add all DME at the beginning of the boil, and do you leave the peals in through out primary. Also, do you switch to a secondary. If bottling, how much priming sugar
Just visited my brother and sister inlaws in Cali. While there I got hooked on stone pale ale, unfortuneatly its not available here in KS. Does anyone have a good clone reciped or know where to get one. prefer partial mash or extract recipes
I know glass bottles can be ran through the dishwasher but what about plastic PET bottles. And also, how many times should I use the plastic bottles before tossing them.
