    Is it okay to leave starsan in a sealed keg?

    I always leave star san in my kegs; also store it in spray bottles and plastic jugs. I do test the PH once in a while but never had an issue were it went bad.

    never had that exactly happen but wouldn't worry about it. with everything sealed and CO2 coming out the blowoff tube you should be fine.

    Not a big deal ive had that happen a few times not sure exactly why but I attributed it to stuff settling in the beer and stratifying causing the liquid to be a bit more dense towards the bottom. So some of the "debris" that settles out may be just floating on the denser liquid.

    reallllly on the fence !!!!

    I would def go with the kegging. Going to all grain is only as expensive as you want it to be. I love kegging beer, (although I do still bottle some times) and for some reason people are so impressed when you have your own beer on tap.

    Boil

    I have a glass stove top don't really use it for brewing but once I broke my propane burner while changing out a tank so was forced to use the stove top and I was able to get it to boil while having the pot over two burners, just took longer. Also be careful cause you can't get rid of the heat...
