    Early Morning Brews

    up at 7am (early for me) started the strike water about 10min ago. i have the whole day ahead of me.. i need to do this more often. relax and not feel rushed before the wife gets home. :mug:

    i purchased the same kettle from my lhbs and i do not have any dents or marks on mine. it was also a floor model. take it back (like you said) and hope they dont charge you for a restocking fee. try and get a exchange for it

    Carb issues

    I had the same issue until I listened to a Co worker of what he does.. Which is take your beer out of primary or secondary into bottle bucket. then add your corn sugar or dme. Then stir for a good five or so minutes let sit for ten minutes. Next bottle away. This works for me.

    What I did for beer today

    Transferred my California common to secondary for lager. And did some yeast washing. Although I did some reading on yeast washing and it seems to not be the best thing to do. For know I have not had any issues.

    did i screw up? i swear that after only three days i had hit 75%. and pulled out for d rest.. now should i of waited an extra day? 3 days seems to short? right?
