    as with any homebrew as you let it condition the flavors will mellow out and it will carb more with head retention. id say leave it for two more weeks for best results then put them in the fridge for at least 5 days to let the yeast go dormant and clear it up.

    they should be left around 70 for 3 weeks then you can put them in the fridge for at least 5 days.

    Hey all. i just bottled my very first brew. i was able to bottle 50 bottles. I used 3/4 cup corn sugar and they are currently in a 66 degree room. Should this be fine? Im really worried about bottle bombs as my girlfriend would be quite upset.
