WLP530 Abbey
Brewing a Blue Moon clone (thanks Wild). Brewed per instructions last night. My LHBS does not carry the suggested Wyeast so supplemented with the White Labs alternate. I have not had any experience with this yeast (new to all yeasts actually) but no activity in the airlock after 10 hours...- exhorns

No good bars/pubs in Melville (work in town). One pub i've been meaning to get to with great selection of bottle/tap is Canterbury Ales which is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel in Huntington Village. A little closer in Farmingdale is Croxley Ales. Plenty of taps on hand with some...- exhorns

Firestone pin lock keg converted to ball lock keg
Most of the converted kegs that i've seen come do not come with the manual relief valve cover. The manual is easier to use when purging oxygen from kegs. I have both. You could always get one if needed.- exhorns
