No problem. Chocolate milk stouts are easy to make and people usually find the beer very tasty. 2 weeks of nibs will be just fine and it helps reduce waiting.
Ocarina of time . . . man that was a long time ago but perhaps the greatest video game. Lon was the farmer with the horse IIRC
I remember when Tommy Moe was in olympic competition. This must have been nagano or maybe lillehammer, but CBS did a puff piece on him and the guy was using his leg as a saw horse with a skil saw.
Go to 6oz or 8oz of nibs. Or 6oz of Cholaca. My wife and her friends are the primary consumers of my chocolate milk stout and are absolute chocolate fiends. Chocolate is forward, but not cloying, at the amounts of nibs or cholaca I mentioned. Nibs or cholaca sit for 2 weeks.
Hopefully Stone's attorneys researched and did a few memos on the likelihood of success if they proceeded with a suit prior to actually filing. It is Stone's responsibility to police their IP. But bad decisions are made all the time. Doesnt seem like a great marketing tactic though, people...

Beautiful, good to see someone with access to a vintage Ferrari worth mid seven figures willing to open up the throttles.
Reminds me of this old footage from a french tv show of the F40 LM getting taken around by ex-F1 driver Jacques Laffite (liger):
Certainly not legal in the regulation state that is Hawaii, but the driver is almost certainly a local and the eye of the law is turned away. Sort of like those junkers that you can tell will not pass the annual vehicle inspection, it has an expired inspection sticker from 2008 and its a...
A quick update, given there is some question as to the shelf life of a NEIPA. Flavor and hop presence is the same, haze is the same, no off flavors, etc though Ive determined the citrus is most like a grapefruit, sort of like a juicy ruby red.
Another consideration is the mash. Decoction mashing, step mashing (decoction is a form of step mashing) or you will see recipes that use weyermann melanoidin to get the same "decoction flavor" which sort of reminds me of grape nuts cereal.
I do some decoction mashing for lagers and...
