    When you say it ferments hot, do you mean it generates a lot of heat or do you mean it requires a warmer than normal ambient temperature to ferment?

    I want you all to know what a good noob I am.

    I had a question about not hitting my og, and came here and read several posts and found my answer that it is normal for top off brewers to not have an accurate reading. Aren't I a good noob!?!:) Thanks for all the info HBT.
