Your malts are off, should it be 2Lbs if Pilsner? I use about 8 gallons of water for 5 gallon batches but only about 12 pounds of grain. I plugged yours into BrewersFriend and it calculates a 13% beer

What size batch? You should plug in the recipe in an online calculator

They do the trick until you realize those stupid rubber feet on the lid closure are worn too! Had that happen on a couple of kegs after using the big white o-rings. I added a penny under and all sealed up

That is a lot of headspace for secondary, it should be almost full. It surely will be oxidized much sooner
