You have quite a bit going on with this piece. Logo's work best when they communicate a message in the simplest form. Think about what you want to say? Is it something that is different about you or what you brew? Think Black and White first. Then add in color. That will help you be singular...

With a gas stove should I just look at how much flaim is Hitting the bottom? I.e. Surface area?
