    Hop Storage?

Do I really need to get a vacuum sealer to store my hops? I just got a great deal at hopsdirect and picked up 1# of willamette and 1# of cascade for like $15. Would it be ok to just store these in a mason jars in the freezer? Vacuum sealers seem to run b/t $50-100...pretty expensive.

Suggestions for reuse of Belgian Wheat Wyeast 3942?

did it taste like a wheat beer at all? that's not really what i'm going for. the grand cru recipes i've seen only have light dme, no wheat, and a wit yeast. i've read 3942 can be used for belgian pale etc., but didn't know if whatever i put it in will taste pretty much the same.
