    Does anyone have an easy all grain stout I have only done one all grain so I am still new to the whole process and working out the kinks.

    ok I think I got it now I'm gonna need two coolers correct one for the mash and the second will act as a hot liquer tank correct to hold my sparge water right?

    All I have to do is instead of mashing in with 3.5 because my cooler won't hold that much I need to use as much water as I can fit to mash in and then make up the difference with my sparge water correct i.e... if my mash in was only 2 gallons when I sparge with 4 -4.5 correct to get 6.5 gallons...

    You mean I will have my primary regulator and then run my air line into a secondary regulator from a splitter correct

    I have a domestic beer on tap right now, when i want to put one of my homebrews on tap how do I get an accurate reading from my distributor if the two beers on tap require different pressures, when I am using one regulator and one tank.

    start gravity

    maybe but the recipe calls for a finishing gravity of 0.099 which if my math is wrong only comes out to like 5-6% ABV I feel like it should be higher am I wrong?

    The first batch I did not stir the priming sugar at all I let the beer swirling during the transfer take care of the mixing maybe it wasnt enough.
