    American IPA Fresh Squeezed IPA

I brewed this yesterday and didn't realize until my FO addition I forgot to buy oak chips. OOPS! So now I'm thinking maybe I'll just add them to my secondary with my dry hopping. Thoughts??

    My Keezer - The Documentary

You used an angle grinder to cut those glass tiles? Any special technique? I only ask because I'm about to do a back splash in my kitchen with, i think, those identical tiles. AMAZING keezer by the way. Truly a piece of art.

    Serving Homebrew at a Wedding

The only issue would be if the public hall has a problem. If your not charging for it at a private residence, what's the difference between that, and a BBQ at your place?

Irish Red Ale Raging Red Irish Red Ale

I gotta tell you man, I am absolutely in love with this beer. Next month it's going into a contest, I'll be sure to post how it does! I been playing with the idea of a "blood red IPA", and judging on the deep ruby color I'm currently staring at, I think this might be the grain bill.

    My Keezer - The Documentary

This thing rocks man! A total inspiration! I currently have a fridge with holes in the door sitting in the garage, but one day I want a piece of furniture I can display in the house, and this will be my model to go by. Keep up the good work and great pictures!

    Adding Honey to a Brew

I've always added honey at flame out. 1# of honey really won't do a ton for flavor, at least my palette can't pick it up. I usually put the container of honey in a bowl of hot water to make it pour easier. Also, honey has a ppg of .035. So in a 5 gallon batch, .007 points should be added to your OG.

    IPA noob questions

It won't hurt your beer to sit in the primary for any amount of time. I've left beers for 3 weeks before because of a busy work schedule. 2 weeks will do fine. I usually dry hop for 7-10 days, but again busy schedules have let them sit for 14 days. I know if they sit too long you can get some...

Advice for someone who has to use a secondary

I'm confused, why did you add tap water to your beer in the secondary again?

    Kegging without a CO2 tank?

I'm not sure on the sugar amount, but you can carbonate naturally in a keg. Letting the beer sit in the primary/secondary for weeks won't hurt it though. Also, I only use a secondary when I'm dry hopping. Otherwise I cold crash the primary after 10+ days and keg it!

    Naming homebrews?

I've always named my beers. To me, it's half the fun! Here are some of mine. Red 5- Irish red Suckerpunch- IIPA End of Days- APA (this could be your last beer, so drink up!) SMaSHmouth- APA Shock and Awe- porter Éirinn go brách- Irish red (most recent, just in time for St. Party's day!) Usually...

    10 Tap Build...

Yeah, it's pretty bad ass. It is only like a 10 foot long trailer, and it's like a meat locker in there.

    10 Tap Build...

A local brewery by me has an enclosed trailer that they insulated and installed an air conditioner unit on the side. They got at least ten taps. They take it to fairs/fests and stuff like that. I don't know what you're budget is, but building one from scratch is an option.
