Sure looks like Brazil, but it is not. It’s a country that borders Brazil. Now may also be the time to break the news that this architectural masterpiece is actually a doctored image. Both this and the original can be found online. With location clues.

Wikipedia says this is Rowes Wharf in the Boston, MA "Harborwalk". But I think you should have another go with a new picture because this one was named and I couldn't avoid reading it just as I hovered the mouse over the image.

Yes. Conimbriga is the original Roman settlement in the Coimbra Region. It’s a large and well preserved archeological site. Worth the visit if in Coimbra or driving from Lisbon to Porto. You got this, @beermanpete

It certainly approaches an answer, as the country is right. I lived in Portugal between 2012 and 2014. Great place to live, if you can find work, or are retired.
