    Successful Peanut Butter Stout

Turned out great, just about out of it. The flavor profile changes week to week. Today I could taste more chocolate coming through. Lets just say it never tasted bad and gets better with age.

    Belgain Dubbel bottle or keg?

I have had my belgain dubbel resting for 2 months now and am ready to bottle/keg it. Mainly the wife is tired of looking at resting in the kitchen! My question is which will turn out better for this beer bottle or kegging?

Alternative Sugar Beer Captain P.B. Stout

I have noticed with little I have left it has taken on a "dry" taste. It still does taste good but if anyone has a recommendation for others brewing it might be helpful. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew
