    Thanks for the responses guys. So I've never had to add yeast. How do I go about doing this? Do I add a little to each bottle? Is there a type of yeast that is best for doing this? I have some Montrachet dry wine yeast laying around if that would work. Thanks again!

    Heat source for fermentation chamber

    What thermometer do you use

    Get the Thermapen. You won't regret it. My girlfriend originally bought one for me a couple years ago for when I make stuff in the smoker but it quickly became the brewing thermometer as well.

    Thanks for the reply! I wasn't going to do a sparge. Since I'm going to mash in my total water volume, would there only be one gypsum addition at the time of the mash?
