Help with braided stainless LP gas line

OHG, Thanks! I looked for hours with no luck for someone to custom make SS braided gas lines for me. I will check to see if one of these places will. (I was hoping you would sell the braided lines :) ) I have built this brew stand to run on 11 inches of water column. If my boil times are not...

Wow, I thought for sure someone out there would have used stainless steel braided propane lines for their burners. Anyone?

Help with braided stainless LP gas line

I am at the stage of my build where I need to order my gas lines. I want stainless braided line just for the aesthetics. The male connectors are 3/8 flair and I would want a 90 deg fitting on the burner end. Anyone know of a place that custom builds the braided stainless lp gas lines? Thanks...

BG-14 High Pressure converted to Low Pressure

I have not done boil time tests as yet. I am still building my stand. I just test fired the burner to get an idea of how high a flame it will make. There was not alot of information about flame height out there so I thought I would share my results. With a keggle on that size flame I can...

BG-14 High Pressure converted to Low Pressure

Shipping was $5.85. The pictures are of it on 11" water column. (low pressure) I have not hooked it to High pressure as I will not be using it that way. It is important you have the correct orifice size.

BG-14 High Pressure converted to Low Pressure

The BURNVALVELPG that brewershardware sells (tried to link to it but can't get it to work). Takes the guessing out of drilling it to the correct size and for 7$ , well worth it. Having the valve on it makes it nice should you want to adjust it. My 2 foot propane hose I ordered from you...

BG-14 High Pressure converted to Low Pressure

This is just and FYI for those that are wondering what the flame height is like on a high pressure Banjo Burner that has been converted to Low Pressure. (11 inch water column) This is at wide open throttle. A few pictures and a short video . It's nice and quiet. :rockin:

My new brew system, a brutus 10 with some nice modifications

There seems to be alot of people that are using the 10" banjo burners on low pressure, but not much info appears to have been posted about the best distance from the bottom of a keggle! I am interested to find out also.:rockin:

    Keggle Conversion Project Finished

mccumath How big did you cut the top hole in your keggle and do you have a cover that will fit it well? I am close to cutting all 3 of my keggles and want as large a hole in the top as I can get and still be able to get a cover to fit nicely over it. Thanks Zeek

My new brew system, a brutus 10 with some nice modifications

jlandin was kind enough to share most all his build info for his brew stand and his controller. (Thanks again jlandin) I decided this is what I wanted to build so I am replicating most of his build. I have my controller finished and it was by no means hard to build. Rather simple hookups. I...

My new brew system, a brutus 10 with some nice modifications

First I must give credit to Josh for sharing his build information on this project. :rockin: Here is the start of my shameless attempt at replicating his brewery controller. This was probably the easy part for me. Wiring it all up without letting the magic smoke out of it will be a little...

My new brew system, a brutus 10 with some nice modifications

I am in the process of ordering everything needed to build the control panel. I have most of it but still need a few things. Josh, what are the dimensions of your control panel box? I have looked for hours trying to find the power in module you have used and for the life of me have not...
