Here is an example, I am from NW Indiana orginially. I will see a lot of threads were people are trying to get a recipe right, but looking closely at it I know it will taste like one of the local summer brews. I guess I just see people influenced by their local breweries.

So I have been looking around on here a lot. It seems when people start talking recipes, it is located in one area. I think this is because people in the same region are enjoying the same type of quality beer and looking to reporduce it. What do you think? Do you think what region you are from...

I wait until I hit my FG and then rack to the secondary. I know the longer you leave a batch on the yeast the more it can affect it. I have heard compliants that it will gain a yeast taste if you leave it on past two weeks.

keep looking on places like ebay. You should be able to pick the kegs up for $40 used, then the CO2 bottle, hoses, and compressors....etc should run you about another $80-$120 Do you really need 3 kegs. I mean what are you keeping them in?
