I jumped the gun. 4.7gal is usually the max for a 5gal cylinder...which is what the OPD allows. Just so happens that 4.7 is approximately 20lbs. I read your original post wrong. The moral here is to pay by the gallon, not by the fill. You'll be better off economically.

Why not just save a ton of time and pick up a few cases of BMC on your next trip to Sam's?
