Maryland Moving Sale: everything must go THIS WEEK!

I can stop by tomorrow night around 6pm, if that works. I can grab the barley crusher and a carboy or two. I am hoping for a keg or two, in case that deal falls through. Anything else that I can fit in my car, I will be happy to redistribute to the guys from the group buy. I live in Rockville.

DC Area Group Grain Buy #24

Hi everyone, We have a new website. Every functionality from the old one has been rewritten. Please verify that the order you have matches the total you have and the order you have matches full sacks and splits. Any discrepancy, feel free to contact me, or Joe. There is no stupid discrepancy...

DC Area Group Grain Buy #23

Hi everyone, If anybody is wondering how much they owe, just use this formula: total = your full sacks that you ordered + the closed splits that you are on Hope this helps. I am currently actively working on making it simpler, but for the time being the above is your solution.

DC Area Group Grain Buy #23

Alright... I don’t think we have lost the connection at 3 stars... I think there is someone who works at the hbs there that is on the group buy as well... @Tobor_8thMan do you want to take over the group buy? I can get you admin privileges... What does the rest of the group think? What do...

DC Area Group Grain Buy #23

I think the elephant in the room is that we may not have a person to coordinate the group. The order can be reset easily, however unless Tony gets back and leads the group buy, or someone else volunteers to run it, the way Tony has been running it for the last 6-7 years, and Stefin before...

DC Area Group Grain Buy #23

If we are at a point where we need someone to step in, let me know who that is and I will get you access to the order.

    DC Area Group Buy #22

So which sacks should not be allowed to be split? If someone wants to go through the list and post the product codes here, I will get to it when I have the time....

    DC Area Group Buy #22

That is correct. There is nothing that prevents from splitting base malt on the website. The question is, since it is automated and it doesn’t burden someone with splits tracking, like it used to be, is there a point of having that rule? I can add a restriction to that, if you guys decide it...

    DC Area Group Buy #22

F&M does it on the spot while you wait... I guess I might end up going there one more time. I’ve been to the Laurel gas place. They are open on Saturday which is a lot more convenient than trying to squeeze it during the week...

    DC Area Group Buy #22

Does anyone know where I can get a co2 bottle inspection and refill in the Rockville area? Recently moved here. Used to go to F&M but it’s a bit out of my way now....

    DC Group Buy #21

Ed, sounds good. I don’t have any grain this buy but will try to stop by...

    DC Group Buy #21

I was wondering if any of you guys are using a 30 amp 240 volt 3 prong dryer outlet to power your beer pots. I just moved to a new place and it seems that I will have to modify my kettle a little and that’s the way I would go. I was thinking on getting an inline gfci to plug my electric element...

    DC Group Buy #21

Right. But you don’t have any share in that bag anymore. You cannot delete the bag you started as there might be other people that have claimed parts of it. You can return what you have claimed and not be responsible for the open bag, which is what you did. If the bag doesn’t close, it...
