    Short answer is about 0.21%... Long answer- I found that 100g of strawberries have 5g of sugars (http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/2064/2) so after some unit conversions, .25lb of sugar are in 5 lb of strawberries.
