    10 dollars in pocket

    If I had a 10$ I'd be splurging for some Unibroue (GREAT local micro-turned macro brewery here in Quebec). Most grocery stores carry 2-750ml bottles for under 10$. Definitely go with some "Maudite" and "Trois Pistoles". Both clock in around 8% abv and are absolutely fantastic.

    Cooper's Wheat Beer... Any simple additions?

    Hate to hijack my own thread but had another question come up... In replacing the Dextrose with DME, I've read in some places that it's best to replace weight vs weight because most DME's are 100% fermentable as well. Others have suggested to add slightly more DME... I'm confused. If I end up...
