Anyone know what this bottle washer is called?

I got this rather nifty bottle washer in a lot I bought for 5 bucks. it has wire brushes that pop out and spin to clean the inside of bottles. Does anyome know where it's from or what it's called? Also there is this another tool but I have no clue what it is or what it's used for.

    A little science experiment

This experiment is mainly because of a few things. 1. I've never used the brand's extracts before only the lbk for other things. 2. I've never used an outdated product and don't know what the results would be. 3. I'm interested in seeing what happens when you two-stage pre-hopped extracts...

    A little science experiment

So today I moved the 2 gallons of experimental over to 2 one gal containers to get it off the trub. The beer tastes cidery but not too bad so far. I think it will need a few weeks to finish before bottling.

How long can I reuse my bottles until I need to start buying a new set?

Well, I have bottles that are from the 1800s. I just need to replace the growler tops as long as there's no major cracks or gouges they are fine.

Vienna Lager Sam Adams Boston Lager clone

I'm not fully sure honestly. From what I have read it's due to fermentation in large stainless vats. The more stainless that is in contact with the fermenting wart the more off flavors can leach into the beer.

    A little science experiment

Picked up a box of brewing supplies the other day July 30th in this kit was an LBK and a box of two of the Mr. Beer hopped extracts. An American ale and Patriot lager. Looking at the dates they were best by 2015 and it's now 2022. I'm the adventurous type so I decided not only to make the two...

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Brewed up a Caribou Slobber from northern. Really don't like how their directions are worded as I might have screwed it up . So used to having a brew schedule to follow not just a gaggle of words. So I know I might have messed up this batch but hay in their defense it was 105 out and I was by...

    Hello Fellow Washingtonians!!

I think when I first joined the forum I was still living in a beautiful 200-year-old home in Malden Wa. I'm now in Pomeroy since the wildfires. Finally back to brewing again this past weekend after spending most of the rest of 2020 and most of 2021 trying to find a new home. Found a beautiful...
